Trainings

Through our trainings we help staff members learn how to compassionately and confidently manage problematic behavior from homeless, addicted, and mentally ill individuals.

Core Training
Our 3.5-hour core training is the foundation.
Staff members have their own unique login ID and work through the training at their own pace. Each part is divided into short videos with teaching and examples. 
Monthly Trainings
Our monthly webinar courses provide additional training to supplement our core training. These 1-hour courses are often held live with recordings available. Handouts are made available to help staff members keep track of information covered in the course.
Certificates showing completion are available for both the core and monthly trainings.
