My library friends,

I know that you all are looking for online training resources for your staff who are working from home.

I wish I could create tons of courses for you quickly!

Unfortunately, I run a large homeless shelter.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis I have moved into the shelter 24/7 because we cannot close no matter where this goes.

We have made several changes, though, to help accommodate your needs:

to our training

We have put all of our old webinars up on NicheAcademy.  You can find the webinars below the core training.

Each webinar is about an hour long:

  • Managing Front-line Staff Who Work With Homeless Individuals

  • Burnout and Compassion Fatigue

  • Advanced Body Language Skills

  • Homelessness 201:  Advanced Understanding of Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

  • Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Issues (in libraries) featuring Miranda Dube

  • Body Odor:  The Most Dreaded Conversation

This--combined with our core training--
gives your staff almost 10 hours of online training.

Enjoy!
If your library is looking for awesome training

We were getting ready to increase our prices for 2020.  We are temporarily freezing them at 2019 rates to accommodate you.

Scroll to the bottom of the page for prices.

The annual license gets your whole staff almost 10 hours of training resources (see the list to the left), plus we add an additional webinar every month.

We let one person per library try our training package for free.

To request a free trial, fill out the form below.  My amazing business partner (and wife!) Krissie will send you an email, hooking you up with a free trial for one staff member.

* An annual license is based on the total number of staff at your library (all prices in USD):

  • 200 = $1,399
  • 300 = $1,869
  • 400 = $2,399
  • 500 = $2,799
  • >500 = $3,599
If your library has absolutely no budget
for training

I normally do regular free "introductory" live webinars.

Since I moved into the shelter, I can't do those right now.

You can access a recording of my last one for free:

Note:  This was recorded towards the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, which is why I only make a passing reference to it (and why I don't look super worried).
